Refund policy

This page is for a $20 refundable deposit for the NIMO AI-Powered Smart Glasses reservation.

Your $20 deposit is fully refundable. If you change your mind before the Kickstarter campaign or no longer wish to keep your reservation, you may contact us at nimo@nimoar.com and request a full refund.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you complete your Kickstarter pledge using the same email address as your deposit order, your deposit will be handled after the campaign ends. We will issue a partial refund that includes your deposit amount plus your extra VIP savings within 10 business days after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

Please note:

  • This $20 payment is a reservation deposit, not the final product payment.

  • No physical product will be shipped from this deposit order.

  • To receive the correct VIP benefit, the email used for your Kickstarter pledge must match the email used for your deposit order.

  • If you need to update your email, please contact us with your deposit confirmation.
